About these terms
These terms cover your use of workxpace.in — reading the site, downloading the brochure, requesting demo credentials, or getting in touch.
Use of the WorkXpace platform itself is governed by the separate agreement your company signs with us. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement takes precedence.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and share anything published here.
You may not copy the design, code or product screenshots for commercial use, present them as your own work, or run automated collection against the site at a rate that degrades it for anyone else.
Demo access
Demo credentials give you a WorkXpace organisation loaded with sample data, for a limited period, so you can evaluate the platform without commitment.
Please do not enter real employee, customer or financial data into a demo organisation. Demo environments exist for evaluation, are shared and reset, and are removed once the access period ends.
Where your data lives
Everything your company enters into WorkXpace is held on WorkXpace servers, which we operate and maintain.
Your data remains yours. We process it for one purpose — running the service for you. We do not sell it, we do not share it with other customers, and we do not use it to train anything.
Taking your data with you
If you decide to stop using WorkXpace, we will provide an export of your data as CSV files covering the records your company has entered.
Ask us and we will prepare it. You do not need to give a reason, and your export will not be made conditional on a renewal conversation.
Figures shown on this site
Screenshots, dashboards and figures published here come from a demonstration environment containing sample data. They illustrate how WorkXpace works.
They are not a forecast, a benchmark, or a representation of results your company will achieve.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative and scale with the size of your team.
Final pricing, billing frequency and payment terms are confirmed in writing before anything is agreed. Taxes are charged in addition, as applicable.
Availability
We aim to keep WorkXpace running continuously and to schedule maintenance so that it disturbs the fewest people possible.
We cannot promise uninterrupted access. This website in particular is provided as it is, and may be changed or taken down at any time.
Intellectual property
WorkXpace — the software, its design, and the material on this site — belongs to us.
Your data, and anything your team creates inside the platform, belongs to you. Neither side acquires rights over the other’s material simply by using the service.
Liability
We keep this website as accurate and available as we reasonably can, but provide it without warranties of any kind.
Our responsibilities for the WorkXpace platform are set out in your agreement with us; nothing on this website adds to, reduces or replaces them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the product and the law develop. The date above shows when they were last changed.
Where a change materially affects existing customers, we will tell them directly rather than relying on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and Indian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
