We did not build WorkXpace from a whiteboard. We built it from experience.
After more than 18 years in the industry — running teams, delivering projects and helping businesses grow — we kept meeting the same problem, in company after company.
Every business had good tools. One for projects, one for HR, one for sales, one for finance. Each worked well on its own. But none of them talked to each other. So the real job — connecting what they said and turning it into a decision — always landed in the same place: the leadership team.
We watched founders and CxOs spend their sharpest hours on manual work. Matching utilisation against hiring plans. Guessing whether a healthy-looking project was actually making money. Wondering whether the sales pipeline could really be delivered. All of it pieced together in their heads, in review meetings, days after the moment had passed.
That is when it became clear. The problem was never the tools. The problem was that no tool connected them. So we built the one that does.

WorkXpace is led by Nishant Mahajan, who brings over 18 years of experience as a product owner — and a career spent solving exactly this problem from the inside.
Nishant has built and led high-performing teams with a rare focus on three things at once: productivity, efficiency and profitability. He knows first-hand how hard it is to keep those three in balance when the information you need is scattered across five different systems.
WorkXpace is the answer he wished he had — a single platform that gives leaders the visibility to run a lean, profitable, fast-growing business without carrying the whole picture in their head.
